We are particularly pleased to present our latest products:
- The SYS-SMF Coriolis is a highly accurate mass flow meter for gases and liquids. It provides accurate density and flow measurements even under extreme temperature and pressure conditions. The SYS-SMF Coriolis has proven its capabilities in measurements at the Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt (PTB) in Braunschweig, Germany, and was developed in collaboration with the University of Oxford, TÜV and PTB.
- Another new product is the deltawaveSUF ultrasonic gas flow meter. It measures accurately, reliably and cost-effectively and is also easy to use. The device works according to the transit time principle with an integrated p&T sensor. And perhaps best of all: in most cases, you can simply replace previously installed mechanical turbine meters with deltawaveSUF. Both the dimensions and the measuring range of the deltawaveSUF are adapted to this.
- Our SYS-MMF multivariable transmitter greatly simplifies and reduces the cost of differential pressure-based flow measurement: in addition to differential pressure measurement, the transmitter also integrates the measurement of absolute pressure and temperature and uses these to calculate the compensated flow. For gases, steam and liquids. Multivariable transmitters have been around for a long time. With the SYS-MMF, there is finally one that can be easily parameterised in just a few minutes.

Amongst others we will present our clamp-on ultrasonic gas measurement solution deltawaveCoG. In a presentation at 13:30 in room D, our team will explain in a relaxed and understandable way how our clamp-on measurement works, how easy it is to install and how we guarantee high precision measurement results.
At booth E6 we will also be demonstrating our multivariable differential pressure transmitter. This is easy to parameterise and measures mass flow using the differential pressure method, as well as temperature and static pressure p1. Our proven, free deltacalc-Excel sizing software calculates the necessary parameters for you.
In our anniversary year, we are also introducing new products: The SYS-SMF Coriolis is a high-precision mass flow meter for gases and liquids that provides accurate density and flow measurements even under extreme temperature and pressure conditions.

Webinar "Multivariable flow measurement based on the differential pressure principle"
Differential pressure (dp) flow measurement is extremely robust and can be used in virtually any process condition. Pressure, temperature, dirt - dp measurement technology has an answer for most requirements.
No other flow technology has been so extensively researched and documented with more standards. The ISO 5167 series of standards alone includes six individual standards in which the application of dp measurement technology is explained in great detail.
But where there is light, there is also shadow: many standards not only provide safety, but also a forest of know-how that is hard to keep track of and where it is easy to miss the trees.
systec Controls has specialized in dp measurement technology for 30 years and will guide you through this jungle. In our webinar, you will learn how standard-compliant design works. The latest developments for industrial flow measurement
systec Controls at the MEORGA in Landshut
systec Controls, specialist for industrial flow measurement technology, will be on site at MEORGA in Landshut on October 18. At the special trade fair for process and factory automation, the company will present its latest developments for industrial flow measurement.
For differential pressure measurement of air and gases, systec Controls will have Release 2 of the proven deltaflow, which can be ordered recently. It is particularly suitable for areas where precise measurements are required, such as compressed air, fuel-air control, engine test stands or exhaust gases. And in the current version, it measures twice as accurately as its predecessor.
In the technical presentation, systec Controls will show another highlight: the flow measurement of gases via clamp-on, i.e. with snap-on sensors. Thanks to the intelligent and particularly user-friendly software, installation and parameterization are possible even without prior knowledge - which makes it easier to carry out the measurements.
