systec Controls is expanding its sales network in India

Two new partners in India offer ultrasonic, differential pressure and Coriolis flowmeters

systec Controls is expanding its international partner network and is now represented in the Indian market by two new sales partners. The collaboration aims to provide local customers with even more comprehensive support and facilitate access to products and accessories for flow measurement.

Automation & Maintenance Management (AuM) Systems will handle the distribution of systec Controls’ entire ultrasonic portfolio in India. The company has offices in Coimbatore and Palakkad and many years of experience in water and wastewater technology, flow measurement technology, and automation solutions.

For the deltaflow and deltaflowC product families, as well as the Coriolis flowmeters, systec Controls is collaborating with Frontal Turnkey Solutions Private Limited in India. The Pune-based company provides industrial customers with engineering and automation solutions, strengthening local support for the differential pressure and Coriolis product lines.

These two partnerships enable systec Controls to further expand its presence in one of the world’s most important industrial markets. Customers will benefit from direct local contacts, technical advice during the project phase and faster support when selecting and implementing the appropriate measurement technology.

In Egypt, water is very precious. This makes it all the more important to define and record the exact amount of water required. Flow meters can be used to accurately determine water and wastewater volumes. The data helps, for example, to control and ensure the functioning of treatment plants, improve processes and contribute to environmental protection.

In the future, more flow meters from systec Controls will help to optimise water and wastewater management in Egypt: With the SEG Sun Egypt Group, systec Controls has a new partner who will be pushing ahead with the sale and installation of the products of the Puchheim-based company in the future.

SEG was founded in 2008 and specialises in products for flow measurement and control. The company supplies and installs measurement and analysis equipment for water, wastewater, oil and gas - including flow and pressure meters, leak detectors and quality testing equipment. With hundreds of successful projects for utilities, industry and government, SEG is a proven partner for construction and industrial facilities.

systec Controls will be exhibiting for the first time at this year's ISH in Frankfurt from 17 to 21 March - the leading international trade fair for water, heating and air conditioning. The focus will be on ultrasonic flowmeters, which can be easily mounted on the outside of pipes and tubes - without having to interfere with running processes.

Companies and building owners will benefit from accurate energy metering, reduced CO2 emissions and new energy management strategies. This results in greater sustainability and a reduction in costs.

The contactless measurement technology also contributes to hygiene and operational safety: The sensors are mounted on the outside of the pipes and the pipes remain completely intact.

deltawaveC: efficiency and hygiene with clamp-on measurement

The deltawaveC ultrasonic flowmeter is specifically designed for flow measurement in heating, cold and hot water and industrial systems. The device works just as reliably on 'simple' drinking water pipes as it does on waste water pipes. These may even contain solid particles. It can also be used to accurately determine the flow rate in pipes carrying gaseous fluids, such as compressed air or natural gas.

Simply attached to the outside of the pipe, deltawaveC measures the flow using ultrasound. Thanks to its quick setup, deltawaveC is parameterised within minutes and delivers accurate results. To visualise potential savings, it can be seamlessly integrated into existing energy management systems via the provided outputs. Meanwhile, hygiene is always guaranteed: the sensors are located on the outside of the pipe and are not in contact with the medium.

Mobile or permanently installed: deltawaveC is available as a permanently installed version as well as a mobile version. The portable deltawaveC-P is particularly suitable for single or repeated measurements at different sites. The permanently installed deltawaveC-F delivers precise flow data on a continuous basis.
